Our Exterior and Vacancy Inspections are designed for vacant or seasonal homes to ensure the property remains safe, secure, and well-maintained. We offer four customizable service levels:

• Level 1: Exterior front photo set and basic vacancy check.

• Level 2: Full exterior inspection with a visual evaluation of accessible areas.

• Level 3: Exterior inspection plus a Four-Point or Wind Mitigation Inspection for added insurance documentation.

• Level 4: Complete exterior inspection with both Four-Point and Wind Mitigation Inspections, ideal for insurance updates or high-value properties.
