What is included in a snowbird inspection or home watch service?

• Security checks: Monitoring for signs of break-ins, vandalism, or other security system alerts.

• Interior and exterior walk-throughs: A visual inspection of the entire property for obvious issues.

• Maintenance monitoring: Checking that the HVAC system is working correctly, running faucets and flushing toilets to keep traps full, and inspecting for water leaks.

• Pest and mold inspection: Looking for any signs of pest infestation or mold growth.
