 Each inspection includes an interior and exterior walkthrough with detailed photographs, and condition checklist. We document the property’s state to prevent disputes, verify cleaning and maintenance standards, and ensure a seamless turnover between tenants. This ensures accurate records over time and helps identify maintenance needs or tenant-related wear before renewal or re-lease.
